Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges, except for bad products and misdelivery.

If the product that has arrived is "defective" or "misleading", we are very sorry, but here within 7 days after the product arrives.Please contact us and tell us the reason for the return.
We will inform you of the return address and shipping fee (our burden).

Cooling -off is a system applied to door -to -door sales.
Product sales on this site is for mail order from customers.
Please note that the cooling -off system is not applied.
